Thomas Kalb is an oil & gas executive whose career spans institutional investing and upstream operations. He currently serves as Director-Midstream Research at Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi, where he brings industry insight to academic innovation. He started as a petroleum engineer before moving into corporate finance. Kalb played a key role in launching oil & gas investment platforms at GE Capital, AIG, and Freepoint Commodities, and he founded two oil & gas investment companies. He holds a BSc (Petroleum Engineering) and MBA degrees from the University of Texas and the University of Chicago, respectively.
Craig Fox is a reservoir and evaluations engineer covering the major producing areas of the U.S. He provides technical support for energy finance transactions and has held senior technical positions with Juniper Capital Advisors, Angelo Gordon, Apollo Global Management, Guggenheim Partners, Constellation Energy, The Royal Bank of Scotland, and Enron Corp. He has also held engineering positions at Sandefer Oil & Gas, Tenneco Oil, and Houston Oil & Minerals Corp. He holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
Mark Green is an energy finance executive whose expertise spans all corporate finance products and every facet of the capital formation process — senior and mezzanine lending, as well as private equity investing. He has held senior leadership roles at Wells Fargo Energy Capital, Rivington Holdings, Madava Financial, GE Energy Financial Services, and FleetBoston Financial. Mark holds a B.S. degree in finance from University of Texas, Austin, and a master's degree in finance from SMU.
