Is there a free trial?
No. Every engagement starts with a 30-minute working session where we build your first custom app with you on the call — on your data, in our environment. That's the trial.
Why custom pricing instead of public prices?
Your data volume, team size, and governance needs vary by an order of magnitude across customers. A 5-person reserve-audit firm has different requirements than a 25-person operator running multi-terabyte portfolios. We price to your scale, not a generic seat count.
Is pricing per seat or per data volume?
Both — plus governance. Tiers scale across three dimensions: how many people use the platform, how much data the platform reads, and how strict your audit and compliance requirements are.
Can we change tiers later?
Yes. Move up when your data or team grows; we prorate. No multi-year lock-in beyond the annual commitment of your current tier.
What counts as "connected data"?
Anything Cogzia is configured to read from — ARIES exports, LOS, well lists, ComboCurve, reserve reports, ownership PDFs, your data warehouse, your existing dashboards. Volume is measured at the point of connection, not after extraction.
How long does deployment take?
Your first custom app runs against your data within the demo call (~30 minutes). Production deployment with your team's own connectors and access controls typically completes within a working week.
How is the platform delivered?
Cogzia is hosted in our GCP environment. We connect privately to your network — VPN to your VPC or GCP-native private connectivity — never the public internet. Customer data stays in your network.
